Trading Terms

Ordering From Rock On Gift Shop:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.


Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours... however we do state a 3-5 day processing time at times of high volumes so please account for that in the delivery time. Once despatched, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK via MyHermes. ALL International orders are sent International signed for to ensure delivery.  This means that once despatched the delivery aim will be 5 days anywhere in the world. If you are ordering a larger order(10+ items) from abroad then please email us as postage is difficult to calculate in larger orders and the setting on the website goes up in price quite drastically.  We can then get a quote from several different companies to get you the best price.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card.

Packaging:

At Rock On Gift Shop, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to ensure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. All items when they leave us are in an excellent condition and delivery is taken receipt by Royal Mail or such company- In the event that your item arrives to you in an unacceptable condition then it will be liable through the delivery company.  If there is a technical fault that isn't foreseeable with the item then we will happily replace it.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Rock On Gift Shop for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will be sent by MyHermes Tracked service. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Rock On Gift Shop reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent International signed for and insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Rock On Gift Shop reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
